What does it cost, and how is the guarantee counted?
Most clinics start from a one-off setup of $1,500 to $3,000 and $1,000 to $2,000 a month, with no lock-in. The setup is covered by our 14-day guarantee: we count confirmed appointments booked from your past-patient list in those two weeks, valued at your own average appointment value, and if they are not worth more than your setup fee, you do not pay it. We confirm exact numbers on the call once we have seen your list. One reactivated cosmetic or dental patient often covers a month.
Am I locked into a contract?
No lock-in. The ongoing service is month to month, cancel any time with 30 days notice. You stay because the calendar is full, not because you signed something.
